SPP offers a rules engine for your order forms that lets you show and hide form fields depending on what services a customer has selected.
Let’s say you sell 3 levels of SEO packages, and the most expensive package also includes some Twitter marketing. So for that you’d need to know the customer’s Twitter handle.
So you could set up a rule where the Twitter Username field is only visible for the one service option.
1. Set up your form with all the fields you’ll need
2. Create a rule to hide and show field
Notice how we’ve set up two rules – one to hide and one to show the Twitter Username field.
This is just a simple example and you can set up many rules with multiple conditions each.
