Using Tags to Organize Orders
There are four order statuses in SPP:
- Pending – waiting for client to provide order information
- Working – working on the order
- Complete – completed order
- Canceled – cancelled or refunded order
To help sort and manage orders you can assign custom tags to your orders.
Start typing your tag in the Tags section of your order details and a list of relevant tags you’ve used previously will show up. You can choose from these saved tags, or create a new tag on the fly. To manage saved tags go to SPP Settings > Tags.
Your team can see the tags both in the orders list and order details and use them to quickly find and filter orders.
