Let us handle the tech stuff and make the transition to SPP as easy as possible for you and for your clients...

Unless you're starting a brand new business, you probably have customer data, payment information, and subscriptions in an existing system.

Moving everything can seem daunting, but don’t worry – we can help migrate your business and set you up for success.

Here's how it works...

  1. Initial discovery call We'll jump on a quick call to learn more about your current workflow, and help you determine if SPP is a good fit.
  2. Account setup We'll set up your system for the services you want to sell. We may require a follow-up call to ensure everything is ready for accepting customers.
  3. Data import Our team will import your past customers and subscriptions from your current system.
  4. Trial period Now you can try the system with your first new customers. As you begin to use SPP with actual clients, our support staff will be there to answer your questions and help improve your workflow.
  5. Launch You send out a welcome email to your first batch of customers announcing your new Client Portal.

Here's what's included...

  1. Client Portal white-label We'll add the necessary DNS records to white-label your workspace under your own domain (typically clients.example.com). We'll set up the system to use your domain for emails, as well as your agency's logo, favicon, and brand colors.
  2. Payment setup We'll help connect your merchant account so you can start accepting new clients through SPP.
  3. Service and pricing setup We'll import your current services from your website, or from a spreadsheet.
  4. Order form creation We'll create an order form for each type of service you offer. We'll update the “Buy Now” links on your website to point to your new order form.
  5. Intake form setup We'll set up intake forms for services that require client info. We'll use your existing forms for reference.
  6. Subscription and client import We'll import your existing customers and active subscriptions from Stripe or a spreadsheet.

How long does it take?

Most agencies are able to begin testing the system on new clients in as little as 14 days, even before migrating any existing customers. This of course depends on any special customization or advanced requirements you may have.

With checkout being mission-critical to your agency we'll be working with you over the first month or two as you continue to do more and more business through your new Client Portal.

How much does all this cost?

Nothing! It's totally free. All we ask from you is to sign up for the Basic or Pro annual plan and schedule your initial discovery call. Our team will be in touch with the next steps.
