Our service features require that data be transferred to the US, and we cannot guarantee that your data will stay within a certain geographical location such as the European Union.

We run our servers and databases on Amazon Web Services in the United States N. Virginia region.

Email notifications for order messages, new tickets and receipts are sent through Mailgun.

For logging and error reporting we rely on Sentry.

We use Stripe for processing your payments to us, although you have more options for charging your clients.

To better understand new signups we run some analytics on our website using Google. Our website also contains Facebook pixel which you can opt out of.

For sending our product updates and onboarding emails we use ActiveCampaign.

Who Can Access My Data?

In order to provide technical support our team can access some parts of your account. This access is secured and monitored according to our security policies. 

External contractors and developers work in staging environments without any access to customer data.
