ActiveCampaign

The ActiveCampaign module lets you automatically subscribe users to your mailing lists and add custom tags based on the services they have purchased, allowing you to create targeted email marketing campaigns.

To configure this module you’ll need your API key and URL from ActiveCampaign. Once logged into AC, click on your profile icon and choose Settings (⚙️). From there open the Developer tab. Copy the API URL and Key over to your SPP settings.

Now you can create rules for subscribing and tagging users. The recommended workflow for Active Campaign is to use tags to identify prospects and customers instead of creating separate lists. To add multiple tags, separate them with a comma, for example tag1,tag2,tag3.

Once the module is set up, you can create a test account or place a test order to verify everything is working correctly.
